About Brenda

Being a longtime Northern Nevada resident and having lived in Carson City for over 40 years, Brenda Collings has deep roots in the community she proudly serves. She attended Carson City schools, as did her children, and has remained actively involved in the area throughout the years. Most recently, she served as the event coordinator and founder of “A Walk/RUN to Remember 5K,” a fundraiser supporting the Northern Nevada Alzheimer’s Association.

Brenda and her husband have owned local businesses, and her 32-year career as a stylist helped build the strong communication and relationship skills she brings to real estate today. She genuinely enjoys meeting new people, building lasting friendships, and helping clients feel comfortable throughout the buying and selling process.

With a first home purchase at the age of 19 and experience in rental property ownership and real estate investment, Brenda also enjoys helping others explore investment opportunities. One of the most rewarding parts of her career is guiding first-time buyers through the homebuying process and helping make what can feel overwhelming into an exciting and positive experience.

When she’s not helping clients buy or sell property, Brenda enjoys spending time outdoors boating on local lakes, exploring mountain trails, and riding side-by-side UTVs throughout Nevada’s beautiful landscapes. Her love for the Northern Nevada lifestyle gives her a genuine appreciation for the area and the people who call it home.
